Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes the Football Association ( FA) should not appoint a foreign manager to replace Gareth Southgate, Who recently announced his departure.
Carragher said: “For me, yes. I don’t support the idea of having foreign managers in the England team. It’s not anti-foreign. What foreign managers and players have done in the Premier League is incredible. It’s basically. What makes our league what it is today. Which is the envy of the world.”
